When sea creatures start disappearing from the Western Sea, the mermaid called Tallia cannot sit idly by, especially since her beloved orca family are ripped from their pod before her very eyes. She uses her once-in-a-lifetime chance to turn human to find out where her sea friends have been taken and to somehow bring them home… and discovers a new world, new friends, new loves, and new elements beyond her comprehension.

The ambitious Princess of Anders, Aeva, knows she won’t rule with her older brothers claiming their own crowns in different kingdoms and a lack of royal suitors, but that doesn’t mean she can’t do her part. When a beguiling, beautiful, and bizarre woman seeks her help to find her kidnapped friends, Aeva pledges to do everything in her power to help, even if it risks the royal family’s resources and her reputation. On the road, Aeva learns more about the world she lives in, and she has to decide what she stands for.

Each of them have to learn to speak their truth, trust their instincts, and protect the ones they love while respecting the delicate balance that holds the fabric of their existence together.

To save herself and her newfound family, Thora needs to learn to rely on others and to trust the powers already within her.
